Emily & Kayla both see patients on a pay-per-visit model. Emily also offers memberships for patients needing extra or more immediate care. Emily will discuss memberships with you during your initial appointment if that is something you are interested in.
$300 New patient appointments, primary care visit, or female annual exam
$160 30-min follow-up appointments
$235 45-min extended appointments
$235 established annual female exam
Your follow up appointments will be scheduled as quickly as possible. You can be added to the waitlist to try to be seen more quickly
Any medical questions will need to be sent via your patient portal and will be answered within 48 hours or two business days
Prescriptions will be sent in or refilled within 48 hours
Membership Option
Key Details
If you decide with Emily that a membership option would be best for your care, there will be a $125 enrollment fee to enroll, and the first month payment will be due at the first visit. Your $300 fee that was paid for that initial visit will be used toward those initial membership fees.
Membership includes 6 in-person or telehealth visits as well as 6 text/portal visits.

Any medical questions will need to be sent via your patient portal and will be answered same day if received before 2pm, or next day if received after 2pm.
